A 6 day / 6 night adventure in the beautiful San Juan Islands aboard a stunning Beneteau Oceanis 50





 
Included in this cruise:

Insurance, slip/mooring fees, fuel costs

Breakfasts, Lunches and three Dinners included on board
Hands on experience cruising one of the most beautiful places on Earth.
Crew duties may include:
Piloting (steering), navigation, mooring/anchoring assistance, dinghy captain, food preparations and clean-up, route planning, tide and current interpolation, VHF radio communications, lookout/watchman, winch grinder, engine check and run-up, safety and emergency equipment assignments, chart reading and more...

(However, extensive sailing experience is not necessary)
COST:   Stateroom with private head   $2100.00 per couple
               Crew Quarters with two bunks and private head  995.00 per person

POSSIBLE ITINERARY

DAY ONE
Anacortes to Eagle Harbor, Cypress Island


Approximately 10 miles
Depart Anacortes mid day sailing north to Cypress Island and Eagle Harbor.
Quiet and remote, Cypress embodies what the San Juan's offered in days gone by.
Hike and explore through the heavily wooded trails of Cypress  Island.
Anchor out for the night. Dinner on board.

DAY TWO
Eagle Harbor to Sucia Island


Approximately 19 miles
Sucia Island was purchased in the 1970's by funds raised by Puget Sound yacht clubs and donated to the state for "the crown of the San Juans marine state park system".
Anchor out, dinner on board or on the beach.

DAY THREE
Sucia Island to Friday Harbor






Approximately 13 miles
One of the San Juan's premier destination stop overs.
A bustling sea side port with five star restaurants, maritime museums, rich history.

DAY FOUR
Friday Harbor to Roche Harbor


Approximately 20 miles
Shopping and restaurants available at the historic Roche Harbor.
The historic buildings were originally part of the Roche Harbor Lime Works,
which supplied "nearly pure" limestone to British Columbia, Portland, San Fransisco and Hawaii.
Evening dinner on shore.



DAY FIVE
Roche Harbor to Fisherman's Bay, Lopez Island


Approximately 6 miles
Lopez village has a gift shop, a bookstore, and a historical museum.
Take a one mile walk into town and rent a bike to explore the rest of the island.
Dinner on shore, Fisherman's Bay.


DAY SIX
Fisherman's Bay to Anacortes







Approximately 22 miles
Spending our last evening (and bonus night on board) in historic Anacortes
Oldest Marine Chandlery on the West Coast, historic inns & spas and lots of other stuff.
